The Snappy Ultimate Fuel Kit eliminates the inferior stock tank grommet and the stock cap vent leaking.

Includes: 3 hole Fuel Tank Grommet, Check Valve Vent, O-Rings cap seal

Cut tubing to desired length
Approximate  14” for fuel pickup, 10” for return, 11” for vent check valve

Insert tubing into grommet
Return and vent tubing should be only a half inch through the
grommet. 
The pickup tube should be four to five inches into the grommet

Install fuel pickup filter and vent check valve

Install grommet in tank. It is a very tight fit
(Use some 2cycle oil for lubrication and install with a twisting motion)

Remove old guts from gas cap and plug vent hole
(Plug the vent hole with “SealAll” or tap the hole and install a set screw)

If the old cap gasket is damaged, Install the o-ring in the cap.
(Be sure to remove any burs on billet caps before installing the o-ring)

This kit is intended to be used with gasoline not ethanol.
Ethanol will shorten the life of the check valve.

* When used with FFRC Brass Tubes add a short piece of fuel tubing to the grommet seating area to create a tight fit.

Clean with rubbing alcohol and dry the housing before appying new fastner. 
Apply one strip to the starter housing.
